Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Leader of Workforce Management for our People and Culture Team.

As a senior member of the People & Culture leadership team, you will act as a business owner to support the organization's best interests and achieve excellence. Your key responsibility is to integrate, manage and oversee all aspects of the programs relating to the employee journey from attraction and onboarding to technical training, professional and leadership development and performance management for a newly merged entity. In addition, your People and Culture experience and enterprise knowledge will influence strategy development and direct the work needed to deliver on our purpose and people strategy.

More specifically, the scope of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Focus on integration and modernization of programs relating to the employee journey in three critical functions: Learning & Training Solutions, Employee Development & Performance, and Talent Acquisition. Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to ensure current and future skills and capabilities of our people meet the needs of the organization.  Develop innovative attraction and retention strategies aligned with corporate culture and desired employee experience. Ensure the people needs of our diverse communities are met with quality team members. Lead and guide the recruitment team in sourcing, hiring, and retaining quality talent. Implement modern, engaging and cost-effective technical training. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement modern professional and leadership development programs. Oversee the alignment, implementation and operation of the Learning Management System (LMS). Integrate and align the corporate performance management program to support corporate outcomes. Utilize data analytics to inform workforce strategies, set benchmarks, and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Lead the workforce management team of approximately 25 people, set priorities, direct, and deliver organizational outcomes.
