This includes identifying potential customer requirements. Providing timely quotes based on the concept developed, ensure cost effective designs are made and provided on time for execution. **Responsibilities** + Manage leads and opportunities to quotation + Lead the applications team to ensure the best offers are made to the customer + Maintain and analyze the Solutions Quote data + Ensure that the customer requirements are clearly understood during handover. + Lead the design team to ensure timely release of designs satisfying the customer requirements + Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for ETO solutions **Basic Qualifications** + 8 to 10 years’ experience in design of ergonomic handling systems and / or assembly systems + Bachelor or preferably Master in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering + Good level of English, spoken and written + MS Office usage **Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements** Onsite and Customer & Supplier visit as required. **Key Competencies** + Design Skills + Leadership skills + Ability to work in a project-oriented team, under lead-time pressure + Customer oriented engineer + Problem Solving skills + Capability to understand and synthesise of customer issues + Communication skills + Good team player **What we offer** We are all owners of the company!
