The Role:
As the team leader, this role will contribute to the development and implementation of Trade Credit Risk strategy. Represent the company to the client in all sales-oriented activities. Lead and coach a team of experienced sales account managers in Taiwan. Identify customer needs and develop and execute complex sales strategies. Communicate and present capabilities to our clients. Develop client specific action plans and complete them on a timely basis. Participate in and provide input to marketing and business strategic reviews and annual marketing plans. Through the relevant sales and marketing networks, gain knowledge and understanding of market business trends, client expectations, and our current competitive position. Direct, lead and coach the relevant sales activities for business through direct reports. Establish and develop people resources and implement talent management programs. Contribute to major account relationship management and actively manage internal relationships.The Requirements:
10+ years' experience in Trade Credit Risk Sales & MarketingHands-on experience in business development, marketing, sales, and channel management in B2B Sales & MarketingAbility to lead front-line business development and drive holistic sales transformation.Significant sales management experience of handling a large geographic territory. Experience working in a matrix organization with complex customer interfaces.Strong people leadership experience.Experience in dealing with multiple important stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
