Leadership Administrative Partner, Vehicle Programs

Role Summary The Leadership Administrative Partner will be responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP of Vehicle Programs and their teams. This person will be the go-to person for calendar management, organizing team-building and social events, arranging travel, submitting expenses, setting up internal meetings and other administrative duties.  This person will also work on ad-hoc projects and events. The Leadership Administrative Partner will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exercise mature and professional judgment, be able to operate with confidentiality and discretion, have experience working with senior management, and have outstanding time management skills. This role will be based in Irvine, CA and may require work outside of normal business hours. Responsibilities The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Coordinate travel, including flights, hotel reservations, and related travel reservations and expense Enter and own all expense reporting using internal system  Event and leadership meeting content and coordination - help plan/execute offsite events, leadership events, team building events, town halls, impromptu working sessions Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organizations Organize and maintain correspondence, contacts, email distribution lists, and other records   Lead ad-hoc projects to support the team’s needs  Maintain strict level of complete confidentiality Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required  3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the tech industry and supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment Experience working in the Google Suite and/or across various different tools and platforms Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes   Team player with a positive and can-do attitude Pay Disclosure Salary range for California Based Applicants: $77,800 -$103,150 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
