The Northrop Grumman Human Resources organization is seeking a Leadership Development - Instructional Designer to join the Enterprise Leadership Development team. The Leadership Development - Instructional Designer reports to the Sr. Manager of Leadership Development. In this role, the successor is responsible for the design, development and delivery of  leadership development programs to ensure leadership and future ready talent pipelines.

This position can be performed as a virtual telecommuter and will require

<10% travel.

Duties will include:

Collaborates extensively across the enterprise to deliver development programs aligned to our most critical business and workforce development needs with an initial focus on leader development.

Partner with the sectors, as well as subject matter experts and enterprise stakeholders to deliver integrated leadership development solutions. 

Have awareness of external best practices and partner with workforce development organizations to support the leadership development products and service portfolio including, but not limited to, the NG Leader Experience Campaign and the NG Leader Development Academy.

Support the product and service life cycle, generating and defining new leadership development product ideas, concepts, and development requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate events including design thinking workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, focus groups, surveys, collaboration sessions and other activities.

Support curation and development of leadership development products and services and prepare them for production/service delivery.

Support delivery of leadership development programs and services to develop and train employees in collaboration  with  Communications and Change Management leads to ensure effective deployment and utilization of leadership development solutions.

Establish partnerships with external content providers, coordinate communications campaigns, provide metrics to demonstrate utilization and business impact of products, prepare and present briefings to multiple stakeholder groups, including C-suite leaders.

Support development of visions and strategies to execute and measure enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Use SAFe/AGILE project management to participate in program increment and sprint planning. 

As a Product Owner, this person will support development of project plans, complete deliverables, manage stakeholders and meet deadlines to execute projects as directed.

Review and report on project performance and create executive level presentations.

Work with executives and stakeholders to create positive stakeholder experiences for each product and project.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 14 Years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters

Demonstrated project management skills.

Experience delivering executive-level presentations.

Strong organizational, project management and verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $128,500.00 - $192,700.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
