Your mission: The Leadership Development Senior Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategy and leadership development programs that align with the organization’s goals. This role ensures that leaders at all levels are equipped with the necessary skills, mindset, and behaviors to drive business success, foster a strong leadership pipeline, and promote a high-performance culture.
Additionally, the Senior Manager leads the team of learning specialists and program managers ensuring the successful execution of the strategy and programs while creating inclusive and engaging team experience.

1. Be Involved in Leadership Development Strategy & Program Design
Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy that supports organizational objectives.Design, deliver, and manage leadership development programs for various levels (from associates, team leaders to executive leaders).Align leadership initiatives with business needs and company culture.Leverage industry best practices, research, and innovative learning methodologies to enhance leadership capabilities.Create the mechanisms and measurement methodology to assess the impact of the learning experiences.Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to enhance leadership programs.2. Manage Leadership Development Team
Lead, mentor and develop the team of learning specialists and program managers.Set clear goals, expectations and assess the performance.Ensure the team effectiveness and operational excellence.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that drives innovation and continuous improvement.Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.3. Develop Talent Pipeline & Succession Planning
Partner with Senior HRBPs and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and oversee the key talent portfolio.Support succession planning efforts by assessing leadership gaps and recommending development strategies.4. Provide Training & Facilitation
Develop and facilitate leadership workshops, executive coaching sessions, and immersive learning experiences.Utilize blended learning approaches, including e-learning, virtual learning, and experiential training.5. Measure Performance & Impact
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess leadership development effectiveness.Track program impact through feedback, assessments, and business performance metrics.Continuously refine programs based on data insights and evolving business needs.6. Manage Stakeholders
Partner with business leaders, Senior HRBPs to understand leadership development needs.Work with Talent Management, Diversity Equity Inclusion, Human Capital teams to integrate leadership initiatives into broader talent strategies.Communicate leadership development strategies and progress to key stakeholders.Let’s talk about you. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.Have 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related HR functions.Possess strong knowledge of leadership theories, adult learning principles, and coaching methodologies.Acquired experience in designing and delivering leadership training programs and executive coaching.Demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Bring an ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.Display proficiency in data-driven decision-making and leadership assessment tools.Leverage experience with digital learning, e-learning tools, and emerging leadership development technologies and innovation.Cultivate strong strategic mindset with the ability to align leadership development with business goals.Master the ability to drive engagement and forward looking leadership.Developed a proven ability to measure and demonstrate the impact of leadership development initiatives.Harness adaptability to changing business needs and evolving leadership trends.…You are the candidate we are looking for!
