About the Role
The individual is responsible for developing our Leaders in the Tied Distribution (TD)sales force by providing timely and relevant training programmes to achieve business outcomes.Role & Responsibility
Lead and develop a team of trainers, ensuring they are motivated and competent to deliver agreed training outcomes aligned to business outcomes.Identify Leaders’ training gaps, develop and deliver training solutions in a timely mannerDevelop & deploy e-Learning modules for Leaders’ training programmesEvaluate effectiveness of training programmes and provide solutions for on-going improvementStay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programmesFacilitate activity management events for aspiring and existing LeadersProvide regular reports of training activities and outcomesPlan for training schedules on a regular basisWork collaboratively within and across teams on Leadership development projects / eventsEngage and build rapport with Leaders and communicate the company’s standards and expectationsLiaise with and onboard external training vendor(s)Requirements
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading a team of trainersPossess a strong understanding of the insurance distribution landscapeBe highly polished and comfortable in interacting with stakeholders to influence with a collaborative approach within a result-oriented organizationHave certifications in and be able to deliver training programs, both in-person and virtuallyBe resourceful and constantly updated with market development and holds extensive network with external providers and partnersThink independently and proactively implement data-driven recommendationsBelieve in better with AIA.
