The Leadership Development Trainer is responsible for the implementation and delivery of TransPerfect Connect’s talent development programs with a focus on leadership development, coaching skills, and Six Sigma. They will deliver training sessions in person and remotely, within the United States and internationally.

Deliver leadership and management development training across multiple levels of leadersDeliver training on coaching and provide individualized coaching to leaders as neededDeliver training on Six Sigma tools, techniques, and processesUtilize a variety of facilitation techniques, instructional methodologies, and learning theories Participate in the updating and development of training contentPartner with Training & Development team and TPC leaders to assess training needs Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environmentStay current with training best practices and new learning methodologiesWill participate in the updating and development of training contentPerform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLSStrong facilitation skills using a variety of training methodsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer literacy skills; proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Power Point, ExcelStrong organization and project management skills including classroom logistics managementAbility to establish and maintain relationships with clients, trainees, and peers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership development experienceCoaching training experienceSix Sigma green belt certificationBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working in a self-directed environmentAbility to travel up to 75% of the timeMust be able to travel internationally
