Leadership Development Trainer and Organizational Consultant

Position Overview (Start June 2025)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Development Trainer and Organizational Consultant to join our team. This pivotal role involves delivering high-impact leadership development training, providing consulting services, and offering executive coaching. The ideal candidate is passionate about facilitating growth and development within individuals, teams, and organizational systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trainer/Facilitator of Leadership Development Training

- Program Design and Development: Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and update leadership development programs and materials.

- Teaching and Facilitation: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience.

- Participant Support: Mentor and support course participants, providing guidance and feedback throughout their development journey.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest leadership development trends and incorporate best practices into the curriculum.

2. Organizational Consultant

- Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Consulting Strategy Development: Develop tailored consulting strategies and action plans to address client needs and achieve desired outcomes.

- Implementation and Support: Work closely with client leaders and teams to implement consulting recommendations, providing ongoing support and guidance.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their organizational development journey.

3. Leadership Coach

- One-on-One Coaching: Provide personalized coaching to executives to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness.

- Goal Setting and Action Planning: Assist executives in setting strategic goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.

- Performance Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to executives on their performance, helping them to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

- Support and Accountability: Provide ongoing support and hold executives accountable for their personal and professional growth.

- Leadership Development: Facilitate executive development programs and workshops, focusing on enhancing leadership competencies and organizational impact.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field

- Experience: 

  - Minimum of 4 years of experience in organizational leadership, management consulting, leadership development and training, and/or executive coaching

  - Minimum of 4 years experience leading people and/or teamsStrong teaching and facilitation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving.

- Strong understanding of leadership theories, adult learning principles, and organizational development methodologies.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and teaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven solutions tailored to client needs.

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying current on industry trends and best practices.
