Reporting to the VP of Digital Banking Europe, you’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support to the leadership team, ensuring efficiency and structure in a dynamic and evolving business. 

Role Responsibilities 

Project & Operational Support: Track key project tasks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with deadlines. Maintain project trackers, monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and facilitate seamless execution. 

Executive & Administrative Support: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and approvals. Organize team meetings, off-sites, and leadership events, including All Hands, Town Halls, and Team Huddles. 

Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with other Executive Assistants and key stakeholders to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance organizational structure at the executive level. 

Background: 

5+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally supporting senior leaders. 

Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in business-level English and Spanish. 

Skills: 

High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information. 

Ability to manage complex tasks independently, with strong attention to detail and follow-up. 

A proactive mindset—reacting with urgency, adapting quickly, and continuously seeking improvement. 

A fast learner who delivers operational excellence.
