Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in program management. + 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. + 3 years of experience in a technical project management role for the development of software systems in a cross-functional, cross-organizational context. + Experience working with matrixed organizations and stakeholders.
