STRUCTURAL collaborates with clients to improve infrastructure by combining our award-winning specialty construction, repair and maintenance services with our proprietary technologies to provide innovative solutions for demanding engineering and construction challenges. 

We are looking to Leadmen for our NY Building Envelope team. Our ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of prior construction experience and must have reliable transportation to travel to various concrete repair projects in the NY/NJ area. Candidates should also be experienced in accurately interpreting structural drawings. Our field technicians perform basic labor tasks in addition to performing some higher-level tasks under supervision such as mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming and rebar placement.  Applicants should have experience with a self-performing contractor (concrete, masonry, steel, building envelope/facade, waterproofing, mechanical, or industrial), general contractor, or specialty contractor. 

Must be team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.  Candidates must be safety-oriented in all situations and must posses a valid drivers license. Preference will be given candidates prior Leadman experience.  Excellent compensation and benefits.
