About the Role

The Leads Management and Data Consultant will drive the customer centric culture by analyzing customer data from multiple sources, identify improvement opportunities and translate these into clear action items providing leads activities to bancassurance sales and revenue generating omni-channels.

He/She will be responsible in formulating and implementing techniques for quality data collection/recording, analyzing leads flow, and collaborate with business, technical and agile teams to devise and execute efficient process and platform solutions to generate tangible benefits.

As part of the Customer Segment and Strategy team, the Customer Leads Management and Data Consultant will conduct a pivotal role in conducting analytics, insighting and cascade activities with internal and external stakeholders. This would involve measuring campaign performance, analyzing customer behavior and trends, data mining, and optimizing customer behaviours using various data tools.

He/She will lead and initiate in charting customer-to-sales and productivity models and explore design trackers in line with phygital roadmap of BPIAIA including service blueprints through data intelligence and patterns, qualitative and quantitative inputs, and innovation adoption.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition and engagement.Support end-to-end data management initiatives including customer data collation, cleansing and manipulation.Oversee models creation and implementation, and develop spreadsheet programs and utilize automation tools to support Agile and Leads Campaign FrameworkSupport ad-hoc campaign requirements of segments and channels.Works cross-functionally with various BPIAIA business owners, AIA and AIA Group to determine and meet their reporting and analytics needs.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Business or Computer Science3yrs or more experiences in analytics, strategy consulting, database marketing, or other quantitative roleExperience in data review and extraction from a large, enterprise data warehouse preferably with Advance Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, SAS, etc.Has experience working in an internal service role within a highly matrixed organizationMust be adept with quantitative analysis and strategic decision-making / planning experience.Must have excellent judgment, results oriented, self-motivated to thrive under pressure and committed to continuous self-development.Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills; presents with passion i.e. ability to explain technical details in a language that non-technical partners can comprehend.
