Job Description Ensures the quality of captured prospects while overseeing the analysis, segmentation, and conversion of qualified leads.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Makes sure quality prospects are captured and routed to the right sales channels within the agreed time.
Monitors leads as they move through the conversion process, creating a feedback loop between lead generation and engagement.
Governs the lead generation and routing processes and policies.
Keeps leads in the pipeline warm and engaged towards conversion.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate database, and derives insights from data
Categorizes leads into different segments to aid targeting, handling, and conversion.
Manages the daily operations of the agents, including but not limited to monitoring SLA with managed service vendor.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing / sales operations role
Knowledge of sales/ marketing tools and analytics software.
Proficiency in data management and analyt
Proficiency in the following platforms is preferred: Salesforce, Pardot, JIRA, Google Suite, esp. Looker Studio
Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting
Experience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferred
