PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to delinquent customers. Make payment arrangements with customers. Keep up-to-date reports and accurate pay histories. Send invoices, payment histories and copies of lease arrangements to customers. Resolve customer problems. Assist other Collectors as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Collections experience in leasing preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent is requiredStrong communication skillsExcellent personal computer skillsAbility to work independently and within a team
