As the Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving lean initiatives throughout the organization, working under the guidance of the Manufacturing Engineering Dept.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate lean events, spearheading the implementation of Victaulic’s continuous improvement program.Take a hands-on approach to champion the implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing concepts across all business areas.Provide comprehensive training on lean concepts to champions, skill coaches, supervisors, and team leaders.Foster a culture of 5S throughout the facility, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.Drive measurable improvements in productivity, cost reduction, and enhanced product availability.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Post-Secondary Education, preferably in an engineering discipline or related field.Six Sigma certification or other designations focused on Lean Manufacturing, QA, Project Management, and/or Process Improvement.5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including QA audits, Safety & Testing, Risk Management, and applying engineering background to processes.5-10 years of hands-on experience with Lean Concepts.Proven track record influencing individuals at all levels of an organization.Strong interpersonal and project management skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to multitask effectively.Proven training experience is required.Advanced computer and presentation skills.
