In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coach and support employees with the implementation of our Production System Coach and support the teams with their activities in Continuous Improvement Assist the Continuous Improvement Manager in executing operational improvements and lean strategies Lead and coach Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions Manage projects within budget and ensuring timely completion. Maintain work processes within lean, standards and training documents Train and coach the employees and support the managers on Perfect Execution methodologiesWho You Are:
