Lean & Optimization Specialist

 

Your responsibilities:

 

Initiating and coordinating processes to improve organizational performance. Implementing projects related to process optimization. Supporting the organization in planning, coordinating, supervising, and analyzing the implementation of activities in the continuous improvement area and the implementation of Lean Management methodologies and tools. Implementing, enforcing, and monitoring adopted norms and standards. Supporting the continuous improvement initiative and problem-solving using Lean Management tools.   Our requirements:

 

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, initiating and coordinating optimization processes within the company. Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools. Very good knowledge of MS Office. Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication (minimum B2 level). Analytical thinking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent organizational skills.
