LEAN SPECIALIST

 

Responsibilities:

Identification, analysis, areas for improvement of all processes across different departments Using Six Sigma or lean methods to achieve positive results Leading, planning and managing lean initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness Systematic reporting including monitoring the status of managed projects Working closely with teams at all levels of the company Training and guiding staff in new processes and lean techniques, ensuring a high level of team competence and engagement Working closely with the IT department to implement and optimize technology solutions that support efficient workflow management Tracking KPIs and measuring effectiveness of assigned improvement projects

 

Qualifications:

High school or university  of technical or engineering specialisation Senior knowledge of lean manufacturing methods: TPS, Lean, Kaizen, etc. Demonstrable experience from a manufacturing company Organizing and leading lean workshops Innovative thinking Green belt as advantege EN min.B1
