The Lean Specialist will bolster the passion and purpose of the Walbridge Innovation & Improvement Leadership (WIIL) department by assisting with innovating and improving all areas of the Walbridge Enterprise to better serve our customers and enrich the employee work experience. Candidates must have the ability to:

This individual coordinates various functions of the Lean Department that support seamless interactions of new initiatives and revisions to current programs as well as the Walbridge’s Lean Operating System. The Lean Specialist is responsible for assisting with the collection and organization of data for detailed analysis.
