The Lean Specialist will bolster the passion and purpose of the Walbridge Innovation & Improvement Leadership (WIIL) department by assisting with innovating and improving all areas of the Walbridge Enterprise to better serve our customers and enrich the employee work experience. The Lean Specialist is responsible for assisting with the collection and organization of data for detailed analysis.
