Roles and Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data for assigned projectUse Lean tools to improve assigned projectSupport the team on the development of Lean toolsWork within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies and Procedures, Engineering Standards, Design Customer Operating Procedures, Specifications, Government and Commercial Standards, and special security requirementsDocument technical data that is generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies, systems and/or processes and that is consistent with engineering policies and proceduresProvide timely communication on significant issues to key stakeholdersSupport the solution of problems of limited scope and complexitySelf-check of work

Required Qualifications

Student of Computer Systems EngineeringEffective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish  English skills: must be able to maintain a simple conversation in English.Presentation skills: ability to communicate with Senior Leadership.Demonstrated ability in managing own projectsEffective problem identification and solution skillsProven analytical and organizational abilitiesProven programming skillsExperience with visual management tools is a plusAccountable and strong learning/continuous improvement mindsetOpen team player and strong interpersonal skills40hours per weekFull time availability, from June 17th to July 31stTo have tax iD (RFC) and social security number (IMSS)In-person work is required at GEIQ offices in Queretaro, Mex.
