The Learning and Development Associate LATAM must share Lilly’s passion to make an impact on the lives of candidates, teams, and ultimately patients. In this position you will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and completion of projects to achieve business goals. Execute an optimum delivery and/or project management strategy through collaboration with the Global Development team, HRBP & leaders and managers across LATAM (Mexico, Colombia & Brazil). Serve as a collaborative team member to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes. Contributes to ensuring effective project management strategies and processes are developed and leveraged.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners across the LATAM Region on the execution of Talent processes, the development of our High Potential team members and identification of needs and solutions to critical leadership and organizational development issuesBuild organizational effectiveness strategies and other culture-related initiatives including coaching and team effectiveness to engage, motivate, retain and maximize team member performanceCoordinate processes for identifying and developing key talent and succession plans for critical positions.Lead performance evaluation programs and enhance the culture of feedforward & continuous feedback.Design and execute learning and training strategies aligned with business objectives.Leverage Global Learning & Development programs for all levels of the organization.Measure the impact of training programs and adjust strategies to optimize their effectiveness.Promote a high-performance culture, diversity, and inclusion through development initiatives.Support on learning operationalSkills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in related areaStrategic vision, resilience, negotiation, use of technology, working under pressure, and continuously seeking alternative solutions and approachesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluency in EnglishHighly collaborative, innovative, action-oriented, accountable with strong influencing skills.The ability to lead through ambiguity, navigate and remove obstacles, be agile, and engage in continuous learning to be aware of emerging trends and industry standard
