Creating a personalised learning and development journey that enhances people’s skills, opens opportunities and empowers people to thrive in their current role and future careers at GSK. As part of the L&D Transformation Programme Team, you will work closely with the business areas and functions to deliver impactful communications and sustainable change. This is a temporary, full time role expected to last until December 2025. It is based in our GSK HQ in London. Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK In this role you will Develop communication strategies and plans to support the delivery of identified priorities Deliver involving, engaging communications which excite employees about the change Build and develop relationships with influencers and stakeholders both in and outside of the Learning and Development Transformation programme Provide audience insights and analysis Develop and deliver tailored change plans and interventions as required Drive completion and maintenance of Business Change Impact Assessment and Change Action Plans (including change readiness and embedding activities) Collaborate with other programmes to understand and mitigate the cumulative impact of change on individuals and teams Help to manage a complex stakeholder landscape to ensure understanding, buy in, and mitigate comms risks and issues to ensure a smooth path for project delivery Track and manage key change and communication metrics Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Experience of transformation communications planning and execution for a global matrixed organisation, delivering large organisational change and developing and deploying global campaigns to a diverse audience Proven understanding and experience in standard business change and adoption tools Tenacity, resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure and at pace Building strong relationships with stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication, story-telling skills and cultural awareness Ability to effectively and proactively use internal social and digital channels Expertise with evaluating and measuring communications (data analytics) Understanding of business change management and the ability to synthesise facts into an overall picture and then identify the gaps Strong project management skills Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Formal training in communication would be an advantage Experience in healthcare and HR would be an advantage .
