Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Understanding adult learning theory, digital production processes, learning/responsive design in various learning environments, from design through evaluation/assessment;
Possessing knowledge of digital learning platforms, designing & leading major educational technologies including mobile, micro & nano-learning, simulations & branching elearning, videos, animations, electronic performance support, with applicable development timelines & technologies;
Demonstrating experience in use of development tools (e.g. Gomo, Storyline, Adobe CC, video, audio production & editing);
Understanding 503/508 Compliance and regulatory ( NASBA CPE, etc) requirements, digital design for all modes of learning; application to delivery formats, including those applicable to Quality Assurance Standards (self studies, nano-learns, hybrid learning);
Maintaining knowledge of current & emerging accessibility trends (WCAG 2.0 AA requirements) and experience designing/developing digital content for people with disabilities;
Utilizing advanced agile & waterfall project management & instructional design skills across complex, high-impact projects for a range of learning solutions with an emphasis on digital learning solutions, including blended solutions - e.g. pathways, curriculums, live/virtual solutions, etc.;
Facilitating insights from subject matter specialists to create engaging designs for content;
Managing project teams including on & offshore resources from inside & outside PwC for digital development process to meet business needs;
Managing learning management system, project plans & digital development workflows;
Leveraging demonstrated project management skills & overseeing different projects & optimizing project resources;
Linking digital design, responsive design, evaluation, learning assessment, & production management on projects;
Leveraging effective use of learning technologies; successfully identifies, adopts & applies innovative new approaches platforms to learning programs;
Delegating & driving accountability across a team & across multiple projects;
Consulting in highly ambiguous environments & collaborating through use of effective oral & written communication skills;
Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, & prototyping);
Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning & review & backlog management);
Maintaining knowledge of current & emerging learning technology trends & experience innovating with new learning technology tools;
Analyzing data, communicating data insights to drive decision making; and,
Leveraging the Google and Microsoft suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
