Responsibilities:
Develop and manage language programs. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees. Manage and oversee vendor relationships. Implement global learning initiatives. Lead special learning projects. Design and implement a leadership program for middle management. Conduct business partnership meetings with business leads to discuss learning needs. Facilitate training sessions as required. Design and organize a facilitator development program. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Develop and implement learning plans for the Operations and Talent teams.
Skills Required:
Advanced proficiency in English. Strong facilitation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on people analytics. Experience in the learning and development field. Exceptional time management and organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments
