Learning and Development Intern

Bell Partners is seeking to hire a summer intern to support the learning and development team. The preferred candidate must be a Business Administration enthusiastic and Talent Development (HR) drive student (or related degree). The student must be prepared to work in a fast-paced and creative environment, gaining experience and knowledge in various aspects of Learning, Performance and Talent Management. Over the course of the internship, you will assist the members of our Learning and Development team with assigned initiatives and projects such as; learning management system set up, learning communications and marketing, class preparation and planning, learning design and other people development tasks. Responsibilities: You will be joining our learning and development team to: + Support projects and initiatives + Assist with learning management system set up + Partner with our instructional designers and course developers + Assist with learning data and metrics analysis + Prepare materials and logistics for training events In our exciting opportunity as an intern, you will enjoy: + 1:1 Mentorship with our Learning and Development Members + Having a hands on role in specific events and projects + Begin exposed to career development opportunities + Participation in company events In our internship role you will need: + You must be a student currently pursuing a degree in a business, organizational development, learning and development or HR field of study + Be available to work 40 hours per week for 9 weeks during the summer + Have at least 1 semester left (post-internship) + Eager to learn and grow professionally + Strong communicator/influencer with the ability to work with a diverse team + High learning agility and able to formulate adequate solutions in complex situations + Must be hands-on with a bias for action and be flexible to meet the needs of our growing company What’s in it for you? + The opportunity to gain real-life training and experience while working with a team of highly established Learning and Development professionals + The opportunity to apply your classroom learning in a professional work environment + The opportunity to network with other professionals + The opportunity to be exposed to a career in Learning and Development in the multi-family space About Bell Partners Our purpose at Bell Partners is to create communities our residents are proud to call home.
