Now’s your chance. **Opportunity** Abt Global seeks bright, talented, and intellectually curious students to participate in our summer Abternship. As a paid Learning & Development intern in the Talent Management team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while being immersed in Abt’s organizational culture. Interns will learn from some of the top experts in their respective fields while experiencing events/programs that are useful in any professional setting. Our programs will have a robust and structured curriculum encompassing professional development opportunities, networking events, and a mentorship program. Interns can be remote, hybrid, or in-person and can be located anywhere in the United States. The Summer Internship Program at Abt Global is 10 weeks, beginning June 2, 2025, through August 8, 2025. Interns must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the program. **Key Roles and Responsibilities** + Support Talent Management/Learning & Development function by contributing to strategy, program design, and deliverables. + Contribute to organizational strategic programs and milestones related to Performance Management, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility, and Leadership Development. + Create training, job aids, reference guides, and other resources. + Provide input and feedback, pilot testing, and quality control for Talent Management/Learning & Development programs, courses, and initiatives. + Provide employees with high-quality, timely, and professional customer service regarding Talent Management programs and policies. + Support strategic decisions by analyzing and reporting on Talent Management data. + Participate in administration, data integrity, and continued improvement of Oracle LMS and other modalities. + Assist in developing communication plans and marketing materials. + Research emerging trends in the Talent Management space and share recommendations with the team to encourage innovation. **What We Value** + Candidate is currently enrolled in an undergraduate-level degree program. + Ideal candidates will have academic or work experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and Organization Development. + Has completed at least one year of college coursework. + Has strong communication skills, both oral and verbal. + Is available to work full-time throughout the 10-week internship. + Is eligible to work in the United States. + Transitioning military are also encouraged to apply. **What We Offer** We foster an environment where you can Thrive Your Way.
