Summary

The International Sales Organization (ISO) Sales Enablement Academy (SEA) charter is to ensure Lenovo’s teams of sellers have the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed to be the premier sellers in Lenovo’s Channel and Customer-facing markets.

As a Learning and Development (L&D) Operations Administrator, you play a key role in supporting our Learning Management System (LMS) expert and ensuring the smooth execution of various L&D initiatives.  Your responsibilities include LMS management, participation tracking and reporting, learning session coordination, assisting with stakeholder communication updates, and other tasks that could arise to support the success of the L&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Management System (LMS) supportAssist in uploading courses, creating classes, and setting up quizzes and assessmentsMaintain learning plans and certifications as directed by the LMS expertProvide support for LMS-related queries and troubleshootingAttendance tracking and reporting supportGenerate and maintain training progress reports, participant completion rates, and other key metricsSupport data validation and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboardsL&D learning session supportSupport the L&D team in planning and executing end-to-end learning session logistics, including sending invites, tracking participant attendance, and ensuring full participant completionEnsure all necessary materials and resources are prepared and distributed for training sessionsStakeholder communication supportAssist in updating communications to stakeholders on the progress of learning initiativesAct as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration

Excellent working with details and detailed processesAble to quickly build expertise using various learning-related systems, tools, and applications, such as those used to collect participant feedback data, learning program development and delivery statusAble to organize time and materials to complete complex tasks within deadlinesAble to build productive relationships with ISO SEA team members and internal partners across Lenovo’s world-wide geographiesFlexibility and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves and organizational needs changeExcellent written and oral communications skills

Education requirements

Minimum requirement:  Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications:
