The Learning and Development Partner will create a learning environment that encourages learning and growth with engaging and practical facilitation techniques which include real world activities, demonstrations, easy-to-follow job aids, and live follow-up with learners.
Your Impact Facilitate our training programs and support learners (primarily delivered virtually) using various tools and methods, such as large group sessions, small group sessions, and one-on-one training.Provide our Hanger team members with an exceptional on-boarding experience by supporting their learning about Hanger workflow, NextGen, and about other important aspects of working at and navigating HangerWhen a skill or knowledge gap is detected, partner with other L&D team members to determine a course of actionMeasure a variety of outcomes by administering and analyzing valid assessmentsListen to and summarize feedback from learning events, providing insight for consistently improved efficiency, and effectivenessComplete administrative functions in the Learning Management System such as marking course completions, troubleshooting access as needed, simple reporting, etc. Collaborate with, and share your expertise and ideas with the broader team as we continuously improve Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 1 year of related experience, or certification from a nationally recognized group (such as ATD or SHRM) in facilitation practices or adult learning theory strongly preferredExperience with NextGen and LMS systems preferred Additional Success Factors Extraordinary written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailAct with integrity, respect, honesty and transparency in all ways and at all timesKeep our patients at the center of everything you doFoster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around youContinuously innovate new solutions, influence others, and respond openly to changeFocus on superior outcomes, and collaborative work for outstanding results#LI-Remote
Pay range of $19.71 to $24.00 per hour + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
