Robert Walters is partnering with a leading global investment firm based in the City of London to recruit a Learning and Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning programmes, supporting leadership development, and driving talent initiatives across the business.

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and coordination of learning and development programmes across the business. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

Designing and delivering engaging training and leadership development programmes. Supporting performance management, mentoring, and early careers initiatives. Partnering with stakeholders to tailor learning solutions to business needs. Managing programme logistics, reporting, and internal communications. Overseeing learning systems, coaching arrangements, and study support.

What you’ll bring:

5–7 years’ experience in L&D or talent management. Strong facilitation and programme design skills. Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement abilities. Confidence using tools like SharePoint, LMS platforms, and Office 365.

This role offers an competitive starting salry of £70,000 plus generous bonus and benefits package.
