RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for conducting specialized trainings for employees Responsible for the effective conceptualization, development, coordination, and implementation of training and learning interventions Responsible for logistical and coordination requirements for all assigned trainings Responsible for conducting training needs analysis and devising training modules
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations Communication, Education or its equivalent With at least 3 years work experience in training facilitation Ability to communicate/function and interact effectively across levels of staff including senior managers Experience and exposure on e-learning tools and processes is an advantage Enthusiastic with a positive, optimistic personality Able to build trusting relationships with others Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal Proven organizational skills, works well individually and with teams, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results Can multi- task and able to work in a fast paced work environment
