Primary owner for key processes and procedures with the Learning Management System, Academies and Certificate Programs, Databases, Took Kits, Assessments, and Surveys. Plan logistics and processes for learning events and provide project support for the Learning and Organizational Development team. Prepare digitally accessible training and organizational development materials, including overview and tip sheets, agendas, workbooks, presentations, surveys, assessments, videos, and live demonstrations. Develop quarterly presentations and reports to leadership. Research best practices for generating, modifying, and leveraging learning and organizational development programs. Draft content updates, layouts, communications, newsletters, and presentations.
QualificationsRequired Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Required Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in Learning and Development and/or Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years Experience in Learning and Development and/or Project Management with related educational background.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in survey, communication tools, and other technologies related to learning and development (i.e., Google Workplace, Microsoft Office suite, Qualtrics, etc.). Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal form. Ability to work and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the University. Strong independent problem-solving skills and demonstrated creativity. Ability to work well independently as well as with a team.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficiency with instructional design and development of associated materials. Knowledge of survey design, implementation, management, and analysis.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $82,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
