The role
Proofpoint is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support the Learning and Development Team in delivering impactful programs for our global employees. This role requires flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate with stakeholders in EMEA and the Americas.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for employee development, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your day to day
Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling, communication, materials preparation, and follow-up.Provide program management support for leadership development, mentoring, and other key initiatives.Deliver new hire orientation and support the Proofpoint onboarding program.Own the Learning Management System, including course uploads, assignments, and tracking. Generate reports on learning metrics and analyze employee feedback on training programs and recommend improvements.Maintain and update SharePoint page, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with program goals.Manage Udemy platform including license requests, learning path recommendations and reporting. Administer employee assessments including DiSC, Agile EQ, 360 reports, and more.Serve as the first point of contact for learning-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution.What You Bring to the Team
Experience in learning and development or a related HR role.Strong project management skills with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (experience with Adobe is a plus).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A collaborative mindset and willingness to support cross-functional initiatives for Learning and Development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Bachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesOrganizational Development, Business, or a related field.Key Competencies
