Together we strive to create an environment where every individual thrives and contributes to meaningful change” **YOUR JOB:** As the Learning and Development Specialist - Broker Sales and Support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our B2B broker relationships by providing coaching, developing training programme's and supporting the team managers in staff onboarding. Reporting into the Broker Sales and Support Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a brand new coaching framework and working alongside Team Managers. You will deliver impactful 1-2-1 and group training sessions to ensure sales and support representatives have the skills and knowledge they require to succeed. **MAIN REPONSIBILITIES:** + Design and implement a market leading coaching framework based on individual performance to date. + Provide 1-2-1 B2B sales coaching sessions to improve communication and sales techniques. + Develop customized coaching plans tailored to individual needs. + Design and implement a market leading onboarding and training plan for new hires. + Create training materials, modules and resources that align with our sales strategy and objectives. + Facilitate ongoing training workshops to enhance the skills of existing team members + Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to improve email communication strategies and call techniques. + Monitor progress of training initiatives and coaching effectiveness through meaningful performance metrics. + Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations to Senior Leadership. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:** + Proven experience in B2B sales coaching and training, with a track record of developing others. + Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate diverse audiences. + Experience in creating training materials and coaching frameworks. + Ability to analyze performance data and adapt training approaches accordingly. + Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools **WHAT WE OFFER:** + A unique opportunity to join a market leading sales and support department + An incredible culture with an amazing opportunity to collaborate within our multicultural team + Permanent contract. + Start date: ASAP + Mon-Friday.
