Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of the firm’s technical skills trainings and global trainings’ curriculums and schedule

• Coordinate with technical training coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders

• Handle the internal audit and quality assurance reviews of the Learning & Development Department
