Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a Multimedia Specialist, you will focus on developing high-quality visual content, including motion graphics, digital assets, and compelling presentations to support product marketing, customer engagement, and storytelling. This role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and leadership teams to create visually engaging, on-brand content that drives business goals. You will contribute to delivering digital content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics & Video Production: Create motion graphics for product demos, explainer videos, and promotional content that enhance storytelling and engagement.

Digital Asset Design: Design ebooks, infographics, illustrations, and cheat sheets aligned with the company’s brand identity.

PowerPoint Storytelling: Develop visually compelling and cohesive PowerPoint presentations for storytelling, with a focus on delivering clear narratives and engaging visuals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure the creation of on-brand, visually consistent content.

Content Consistency: Maintain consistency across all visual assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines for both digital and print materials.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in graphic design (Illustrator, InDesign), motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Animate), video editing (Adobe Premiere).

Expertise in MS Office PowerPoint for developing clear, visually compelling presentations that drive effective storytelling.

Strong portfolio showcasing experience in motion graphics, animation, and digital asset creation.

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across product, marketing, and leadership teams.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits 

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $135,000.

  

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
