Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure company processes and procedures are followed when developing and maintaining process documentation
• Comply with relevant legislation, industry codes and company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with global HR Change Control and Governance requirements
• Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards are maintained in relationship to delivered reports
•Collaborate with other departments or partnering with stakeholders to ensure success of learning and development activities
• Ensure high level of customer service across the L&L team globally
• Maintain relationships with third party vendors
• Coordinate with Academy counterparts in providing data and analysis
•Administer the day to day operations of the LMS and serve as point of contact for technical questions or troubleshooting. Communicate issues to stakeholders as warranted.
• Work closely with curriculum development teams and training committees to ensure online trainings are set up/ configured accurately
• Maintains a learning management system (LMS) that meet all regulatory compliance needs and ensure accuracy and integrity
• Manages LMS functions which include monitoring of course content, course approvals, ensuring processes are completed within given timeframes
• Administer leadership academy systems (Cornerstone, POL, Qualtrics, Workday HRIS)
• Support the design of Academy processes/ programs
• Create and maintain related communications across all academy processes
• Works closely with vendors in managing logistics for Academy Programs
• Prepare, deliver and manage reports as requested on a regular and adhoc basis
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
• 1 year relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within multiple deadlines/priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter
Preferred Knowledge
• Has Knowledge with LMS i.e. Cornerstone, POL, Qualtrics, HRIS (Workday) or related systems
• Has working experience on creating standard and adhoc reports as it relates to LMS and Academies
• Understanding of HR Case management tool and relevant helpdesk systems/tools
