Job Description

As a Learning and Performance Development Specialist in the HR function, your main focus will be to lead and drive all Learning and Performance Development (L&PD) interventions for Sales Market MX-CO-EC, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Represent the Sales Market in Regional projects and initiatives, actively contributing insights and best practices. Serve as a liaison between the Sales Market and the Region, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of global strategies at the Sales Market level.

This hybrid role reports into our Regional Learning and Performance Development Manager and is based out of the Mexico City Support Office

A Day in the Life

Execute strategies for L&PD interventions, integrating them seamlessly into the business strategyProvide guidance and support to HR and organizational leaders in developing their leadership skills and capabilities to drive qualitative resultsCollaborate with Sales Market leaders and HR to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvementFoster a culture of continuous learning and growth among employees by promoting and facilitating opportunities for skill development and career advancement.Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and colleagues, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organizational goalsDrive the Learning Culture and measure the impact of interventions in the Sales MarketSupport change management efforts to enable the adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviorsProvide coaching and tailored leadership development plans, addressing specific skill and competence gapsMay perform other activities related to the positionUp to 30% travel may be required, based on business needs

Qualifications

Who You Are:

5+ Years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in a Leadership roleAn academic degree in Human Resources, or a combination of education and work experienceProven ability executing a comprehensive Learning & Development StrategySuccess completing a L&PD needs analysisExperience with various leadership models and adult learning theoriesProficient in instructional design and content creationDemonstrates ability to facilitate and deliver trainingsLMS Administration Adobe In Design Illustrator CaptivateArticulate 360
