Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description

The Learning Administrator reports to the Certification Manager and is part of the Training Operations group within the Learning & Knowledge Services Department (Technical Training Center).  The position provides administrative support related to curriculum creation, reporting certification compliance, and maintaining system/process workflow for our Global Support Services workforce.

The ideal candidate is experienced in learning management system software and administration. We seek an administrator who understands time-based deliverables for large projects. To be successful in this position, you should have an insightful understanding of learning management systems, attention to detail, and good time management for task completion.

Designs visual aspects of curriculum, e-learning, and other LMS activitiesHandle certification related issues such as enrolling, cancellation and data discrepanciesReconciles student certification training records.Track and monitor certification compliance, progress status, and provide monthly reports to Certification ManagerUses office automated systems to input data, generate reports and conduct specialized research projects as requested by the Certification Manager Updates logs and databases and maintains files and documentationWorks simultaneously on multiple projects based on current curriculum needs

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree qualificationA minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience in Training and learning management is preferredExperienced with Microsoft excel (prefer intermediate level)Possess a strong command of written and spoken English languageDemonstrate the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively in various settings.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to solve urgent issues real time with minimum supervision
