The PositionPrimary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
The Learning Communication and Engagement Specialist is responsible for implementing the comprehensive learning and engagement communication strategies to promote the learning initiatives, resources, and brand within the organization. This role aims to increase awareness, utilization, and impact of the RCA learning resources. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise & experience in digital communications to drive awareness, participation, and engagement around the company’s learning resources.
What should you do
● Implement strategic communication plan to increase awareness and engagement around RCA learning resources, including e-learning programs, standard courses and workshops, seminars, sharing, and etc.
● Craft clear and engaging messaging to diverse employee groups to ensure the effective promotion of relevant learning opportunities.
● Utilize multiple communication channels, including intranet, email newsletters, social media, and internal presentations, aligning with the company’s tone and communication guidelines.
● Maintain, iterate and upgrade internal resources platform such as Gsite, one-stop learning hub/roadmap, WeChat learning channel, etc.
● Be an active player in building a strong and recognizable learning resources brand identity.
● Support to plan and lead the coordination of learning programs/initiatives including logistics, promotion, evaluation and summary, post follow-up, etc.
● Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in communication, engagement, and learning technologies.
● Support department team capability development roadmap through planning and executing internal sharing and learning programs.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback and iterating on communication strategies.
Who you are
● Proficient in English (oral and written)
● Very strong communication skills, able to convey messages effectively to diverse audiences,
and synthesize complex information into simple & high impact messages
● Demonstration in accuracy and attention to details
● Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence and handle sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality
● Digital skills including use of social media, content creation & management, digital tools, video & image editing, etc
● Strong data analytical skills
