The Learning Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies and solutions. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in learning design & development, content management, learning technology management, project management, and facilitation to drive impactful learning experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

 

Consult with business stakeholders and HR partners on best practices and approaches to developing their people and closing skills gaps.Lead and manage learning and development projects and programs, including scope definition, timeline management, stakeholder management, communication strategies, and project execution.Improve processes and programs continuously through the use of technology to drive efficiencies throughout the business.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery, and track the impact of learning programs and change management initiatives.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.Adapt facilitation techniques to meet the needs of diverse audiences and learning styles, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.Provide feedback and support to participants, fostering a positive learning environment and addressing any challenges that arise during sessions. Qualifications

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related role.Strong knowledge of learning technologies and content management systems.Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in related field preferred.

 

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
