The opportunity

The Learning Content Creator for Banca and Agency is responsible for the creation of multimedia learning materials for both Banca and Agency, including the development of creative and engaging methods to encourage the maximization of the e-Learning platforms used by the Training Team for the learning and development of distributors.

Responsibilities

Content Development: Create multimedia learning materials, including video tutorials, interactive simulations, e-books, infographics, and game-based courses, and finds ways to create different types of instructional media that are used within the designated learning environmentAdhere to project timelines outlined by the project lead/manager, do a presentation and application of innovative learning media within a specified periodMultimedia Production: Utilize multimedia tools and software to develop engaging e-learning materials, incorporating graphics, animations, and interactive elementsMonitors performance of the consumption of the digital learning content and adjust accordingly  to improve experience and utilizationFind creative and engaging methods to create a digital learning environment for the Distribution team

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or any related fieldExperienced in creating static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, lllustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Edge Animate, and so on)Knowledgeable in developing instructional media with at least one e-learning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline preferred),Has a solid grasp of visual design principles; knowledge of e-learning development/interaction levels; knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning Domains (or Anderson and Krathwohl's); knowledge of Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning
