A full-time, permanent opportunity for a Learning Coordinator within the Training Compliance AU team has become available within Downer's Transport & Infrastructure AU business.
Downer's Transport & Infrastructure AU business is one of the largest non-government owned road services businesses in Australia. We operate from a network of over 50 depots, maintain more than 36,000 km of road, and are involved in many exciting ventures within the civil road industry throughout Australia.
Some key responsibilities of Learning Coordinator role include:
Providing accurate and timely reporting Researching training options and providers Encouraging and sourcing cost-effective training solutions Identifying training needs and scheduling sessions Recording evidence-based outcomes in the learning management system Ensuring new employees are assigned the correct training Building effective relationships that encourage proactive communication and collaboration Raising purchase orders and receipting invoicesThis role can be based in our Adelaide or Brisbane offices.
