YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
•Observe training and operational environments to improve or develop training curriculum that drives performance outcomes. •Handle all administrative tasks related to training delivery, including pre-training preparation, managing training schedules and calendars, maintaining accurate participant records, provide structured feedback to learning specialists during new hire training sessions. •Commit to continuous learning by: pursuing development opportunities, enhancing job-specific and leadership skills, actively seeking feedback and applying learnings.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!
•6+ months of experience in training or a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Skilled in monitoring performance improvements and documenting progress. Proficient in delivering feedback using various coaching techniques. Comfortable communicating across multiple levels of the organization.•Advanced German and English communication/writing skills is required level (C1+ in CEFR). Availability to work on-site with schedule flexibility.
