Learning Design Manager - London or Newcastle

About the Role:

As the Learning Design Manager, you will:

Design and Develop: Oversee the creation of engaging learning interventions, including e-learning courses, blended programs, and microlearning modules.

Innovate: Stay ahead of emerging trends in learning and development, integrating generative AI and other technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Collaborate: Work closely with our Product, Delivery, and Technology teams to ensure our learning solutions are effective, engaging, and aligned with our objectives.

Evaluate: Implement strategies to assess the impact of our learning programs and continuously improve them based on feedback and performance data.

Oliver Wyman embraced a hybrid working policy, expecting the successful applicant to work a minimum of 3 days a week in either our London Baker Street or Newcastle office.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience: You’ll have at least 5 years+ in in instructional design or learning and development roles, with a proven track record of developing effective learning solutions – experience gained within management consulting or large matrixed internal firms will be advantageous

Tech-Savvy: You’ll have strong proficiency in technology-enabled learning solutions, including experience with LMS, LXP, and authoring tools.

Generative AI Enthusiast: You’ll have a real passion for applying generative AI and emerging technologies to improve learning experiences.

Collaborative Leader: You’ll be have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
