We are looking for a Learning Design - Senior Manager to lead our Learning Architecture strategy for Leadership Development. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly talented global team of Learning Designers in developing highly experiential, multi-modality learning solutions that continuously elevate our exceptional standard of leadership.
We need an exceptional People Leader with a strong passion for Learning Design who is comfortable working in a fast paced, matrixed environment. They will work in close partnership with colleagues across GLKM, our Colleague Experience Group (CEG), and our business stakeholders to ensure we effectively diagnose business/performance challenges and develop globally scalable solutions that drive our strategic goals.

This will be a Hybrid role based in Brighton (UK). Some flexibility to work outside of local business hours is required to support global markets and your global direct report team.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Lead a diverse global team of Learning Design professionals ensuring they are effectively empowered, coached, and actively supported in reaching their full potential. Work collaboratively across teams at all levels to evolve and deliver our overarching design strategy across digital, virtual and ‘in person’ based environments. Continuously assess current/future skills gaps and the ever-changing needs of our global Leadership audience to inform our design strategy. Provide strong external and internal insights to drive innovation and implement new engaging learning experiences. Enable effective project and program management across your team - from ideation and analysis through to evaluation of lessons learned for future projects. Support our measurement strategy and assess the success of our suite of existing and new leadership programs.Minimum Qualifications
A role model People Leader with experience leading and growing a globally diverse team. Deep experience in Learning Experience / Instructional Design and Learning Transfer. Innate ability to solve problems leveraging design thinking principles to push the boundaries and implement new ideas Strong understanding of modern and immerging learning technologies and industry best practices. Results Driver: Track record of successfully managing multiple projects at once successfully. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, excel in a complex fast paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly evolving business demands. Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively collaborate, partner and consult with global senior leaders, business partners and to bring together competing priorities and ultimately drive business results. Excellent Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to link project strategies to business objectives and drive desired business outcomes by setting a vision, goals and objectives that motivate and inspire the organization to deliver. Cross-Functional Leader: Demonstrated ability to lead and partner with cross-functional, virtual teams and operate autonomously, making complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Leadership Development.
