What You’ll Be Doing
The primary responsibility will be but not limited to; to provide SDF administration and coordination support, aligning with processes, such as learnerships, skills programmes, bursaries, and BBBEE initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
1. Monthly data inputs from all training TTEC which has been conducted in SA (both new hire and upskilling) – ensure we are aware of any changes coming, and that all systems, forms etc. have the required data fields
2. Collating, capturing and reporting of training records
3. Reporting on progress of all bursary/learnership candidates
4. Maintaining and tracking invoices and payments
5. Collate input data for monthly SKILLS BBBEE status reporting
Data Capturing
1. Monthly data inputs from all training TTEC which has been conducted in SA (both new hire and upskilling) – ensure we are aware of any changes coming, and that all systems, forms etc. have the required data fields
2. Collating, capturing and reporting of training records
3. Reporting on progress of all bursary/learnership candidates
4. Maintaining and tracking invoices and payments
5. Collate input data for monthly SKILLS BBBEE status reporting
BEE & SKILLS
1. Work with HC/PC to get the disability stats from the system and ensure that the disability status question is being handled appropriately (sensitively)
2. All administration for BEE Skills Scorecard (training records, learner records, etc.)
3. Learnership, Skills Programmes, Bursaries and all other L&D related project Administration
4. Work with HC to ensure all supporting documentation for disability is complete
5. Pull monthly stats for the EE forum
6. Member of Training Committee
7. Arrange meetings and minute taking
8. Gather data and prepare information required for internal and external audits.
SETA
1. Ensure all SETA requirements (data wise) are captured accurately with an agreed percentage of the data sets quality checked on a monthly basis.
2. Ensure that Master Tracker is updated on a monthly basis
3. Uploading data to MICT SETA and other SETA’s depending on projects
4. Ensure all learners are loaded and registered timeously on relevant SETA LMIS system.
1. Collating, capturing and upload / submission of annual WSP / ATR
2. Monitoring of DG rebates
3. Administration of all learner documentation for learnerships and bursaries
4. Administration of IT180 forms and submission to Internal Finance / tax team
5. Project administration of external projects and partners related to Learning and Development and BEE
Operations / Training
1. Support Senior Learning and Development manager and work with the likes of Ops and Employee Engagement team to look at identified training needs
2. Training Needs analysis
· post training
· feedback, correlated and integrated back into training and ops – to correct future classes and to ensure ops can manage perceived gaps that were identified
Project Management
All project related functions to be performed, when required
What You Bring To The Role
· Grade 12
· Prior experience in similar role
· Knowledge and understanding of the SETA Landscape and BEE regulations (SD, SAQA, SETA’s, Learnerships and basic knowledge of the QCTO)
· Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft Office
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Advantageous:
· SDF Qualification
· National Diploma in Training and Development, Human Resource Management Development or equivalent
