We will count on you to:
Support our Learning & Development team and HR department in Germany
Be responsible for the review, recognition, and documentation of specialist training courses in accordance with the IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive)
Maintain our colleagues' continuous education accounts
Be the contact person for colleagues regarding questions regarding the fulfillment of continuous education requirements
Be responsible for maintaining the Workday Learning, our learning management system, and the information platform on the intranet
Design and further develop our processes in the area of professional development
What you need to have:
A completed business internship or university degree
Excellent command of spoken and written both English and German (B2)
Confident in using all common MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
