Description We are actively recruiting for aLearning & Development Business Partnerto partner with HR leadership and business unit leaders to develop and execute learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and strategic pillars. This is a hybrid position with a starting annual salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 (based on regional location) and an incentive opportunity targeting 10%. The position will be based out of one of the following cities: based out of either New York, Fresno, CA, Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Johnston, RI. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Designs, implements, and evaluates comprehensive learning programs that foster professional growth, drive talent development, and support a culture of continuous learning, with a focus on customer service, innovation, and operational excellence. + Develops and implements learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on customer experience, operational efficiency, and technological innovation. + Designs and delivers various training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and employee onboarding initiatives. + Partners with department leaders to assess organizational needs, identify skill gaps, and create targeted development solutions that enhance interdepartmental communication and collaboration. + Incorporates modern learning methodologies such as e-learning, mobile learning, video content, and coaching to create flexible and compelling learning experiences. + Implements and maintains learning management systems and other training technology platforms to support program delivery and track completion. + Creates and maintains training materials, job aids, and documentation to support learning initiatives and knowledge retention. + Measures and evaluates program effectiveness through established key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides regular reporting on training metrics and outcomes. + Integrates learning and development initiatives with performance management processes to support career development and help employees reach their potential. + Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop content and ensure training materials align with business needs and compliance requirements. + Ensures confidentiality and adherence to the organization's information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and practices. + Manages relationships with external training providers and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of outsourced training solutions. + Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance. + Attends on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement. 5-7 years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, or related field, with demonstrated success in program design and delivery. Professional certification in training and development (CPTD, APTD) is a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES + Ability to travel regionally and domestically by automobile, air, or train (10% travel) + Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training best practices. + Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Advanced presentation and facilitation skills with experience delivering training to diverse audiences. + Proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and digital learning platforms. + Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations. + Excellence in written and verbal communication, with ability to influence at all organizational levels. + Experience with modern learning technologies and methods, including virtual training, microlearning, and blended learning approaches.
