Job DescriptionYou work closely with key internal stakeholders to understand their area of the business and identify the root cause of performance issuesYou manage priority projects by integrating business analysis, defining the desired business outcomes and engaging the stakeholders.You will coordinate and implement strategic competence strategic projects.Experience in HR project and L&D areas is requiredYou proactively align with stakeholders across the organization and establish processes to validate their learning needs and develop required performance initiativesYou design, develop, deliver learning and performance programs and learning experiences to address identified performance gapsYou research on the industry trends, new concepts, methods and performance techniques in order to implement the learning programsYou contribute to define the learning strategy and embed it across the organizationQualifications
Experience in HR project and L&D areas is required (min 5 years) Ability to diagnose situations, ask good questions and lead learning projects Ability to build partnerships and working relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization Knowledge of Adult learning theories (neuroscience and behavioral sciences) Ability to work with data and information Excellent customer service and communication skills Resilience Train the trainer certificate
